• Program Structure
  The Certificate in Legal Technician Management Seminar is comprised of two "blocks" of instruction which are presented over 4 consecutive days. The first block deal with management and business issues and leads to the development of an operational business plan for your business. The second block focus on what managers and owners need to know about legal document products in order to market and sell them effectively. Participants are encouraged to register for the entire program however, registrations for only one or two of the blocks are accepted.
• Practical Information for Running Your Business
  All instruction and reference materials were developed so they can be applied to running your business.
• Extensive Materials
  The program reference materials (about 500 pages) are specially prepared for this certificate-program and are completely current. The materials are provided to participants during the seminar and serve as valuable desktop reference manuals on the job.
• Certificate Awarded
  The Certificate in Legal Technician Management is awarded when a participant both blocks of training. No examinations are given. These engraved certificates are mailed two to four weeks after the end of each program. NOTE: If you complete only one or two blocks you can still receive a certificate if you complete the remaining block or blocks within a two year period. All blocks need not be completed at the same location.
• Expert Faculty
  All instructors have backgrounds in operating a legal document preparation business or are lawyers with expertise in a particular field of law for individuals and or small business. All have extensive practical experience and a demonstrated ability to teach the material in an interesting manner.
• Personal Interaction
  Faculty members encourage questions from participants. All your questions will be answered during the ample time provided during sessions, at breaks, lunches and after the sessions. The collegial atmosphere fosters the sharing of ideas and experiences among participants.
